This is Leah’s fourth performance with BCOS. She played Bet in Oliver, and last year she played Louise Bigelow in Carousel. She was also part of the chorus in My Fair Lady. Leah’s other roles include Mrs Sowerberry in a school production of Oliver, The Wicked Witch of the West in The Wiz and Rizzo in Grease. For five years running while attending The Cooper School, Leah participated in the global dance competition called Rock Challenge; she thoroughly enjoyed taking part, but especially enjoyed the opportunity to perform at The New Theatre in Oxford and The Guildhall in Southampton.

Last summer she was lucky enough to win a part in the Live Nation production of Oliver, which was staged at the New Theatre in Oxford. She is currently in her 2nd year at Abingdon College where she is studying for a BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. Next year she hopes to study musical theatre at drama school in London.
